It's a beautiful airplane. It's a shame nobody is really importing them here. I think the only ones I've seen here in the USA have been transported when Gernot has come over to the Tucson Shootout.

I looked for ordering information when I saw Mark L. "Sensation" that Jason Shulman was flying. I never found any information on the plane posted anywhere I looked. I never saw the plane in person, just posts on here.

Thanks' for the information,...

Yep, I flew a 35% Carden Cap in 1997 and 1998. Different airplanes, but the same design.

I think the $1300 price is unsheeted. I think it's the prettiest bipe I've seen yet.

Hi Doug,

Does he have a web site with details. I agree it is the best looking bipe I have seen. Would make a great building project when I have some time.

That's his father's company. You can probably contact them through that website for more info on the Sensation. It isn't listed on that sight unfortunately.

I left him a message through the email link on the site, no answer yet. I don't have a Facebook account anymore or I would do that.

$300.00 for shipping would be bad *****. I agree,.. it's one of the most, if not the most beautiful biplane designs out there. We will have to see what BJ Parks does with the Biside for colors. I hope he looks at these color schemes and moves away from the pinks and purples (nothing wrong with those colors, not my favorite combo).

$1,300.00 is still a great price even if that is unsheeted?

Hello

Friend of mine Rémi had an answer from Gernot Bruckmann :

" Sorry for late reply.
I never have a kit on stock, produktion only after order.
The price starts at € 1200.- for a simple kit, up to €2200.- for a ready-for-covering version
Deliverytime in the moment is about 2 months for a kit.
Fuselage is composite, wings and stab are polystyrol with balsa. "

Claude
Thanks Rémi for this info. Price is without shipping

That's the exact same email he sent me a few days ago,...so it's confirmed. I am currently asking for a shipping estimate to the USA.
