Earlier this week I was informed through RAG who has very close links with Munster that Panzer Museum Munster will have what is thought to be a previously unknown Tiger I, this has come from a private collection the name is not given, I was informed that this Tiger is an early version and the unit it belonged to is unknown this Tiger will be unveiled on 22nd March 2012 latter this year I will be attending Munster for the event at Pfingsten and will host some pictures of the Tiger after

This is thought to be the Tiger which is far from an early model Tiger; I believe this to be the Kurland Tiger based on things like the MG42 on the cupola and the building that the tank is stored in if you study all the pictures and links below the buildings all look the same, soon I will know.

Apparently Herr Hoebig owned a scrap yard in which were more than one cut up Tiger. This one is the same one in the photo of the kit Tiger being assembled although in the background, although in your earlier photo it has no idlers and the turret is in process of restoration. I do not think it is the replica being build, I think this one is real, albeit cobbled up from bits of several Tigers. From the looks of the second one in kit form, he will be a while before he's ready for display I would think.

The replica was built by the same man who is doing the two other Tigers, one ready to go and one being worked on. Your link has some very interesting information, I looked at it this morning.
