Do any vendors sell JUST the tires?

Bought an Asiatam metal suspension set a couple of years back, and then ended up buying the metal hull that is complete with everything. I sold the suspension set, but swapped out the cracked(!) rubber tires it came with so the buyer didn't get bad ones. But now it's to the point that the tires look to be in worse shape than if it were truly 60+ years old, and I'd like to replace them if possible, without having to buy a whole wheel set.

These are of course marked "Continental". I assume the set I got was just a bad batch of rubber or something, some are cracked nearly all the way through, with almost no run time on them. It isn't from storage conditions, they were cracked badly when I opened the box, they've just gotten worse.

Thanks for the leads everyone, I will check into them, see if I can get a set without paying for the metal!
