very nice find!

I have a UH-1B from Unique Models in Dalton, GA.
It is identical to your older Hirobo Huey.

I converted my mechanics to electric using a homemade motor mount and it flies really nice. Only issue I had was with tail rotor and moving up to 105mm tail blades cured that.

Sgt Sant,
there is a D model for sale in the ads. painted and reportdly RTF.

He's asking only $1000 and I would buy it but just ordered a new Bell 407 from RC Aerodyne.

Hi Sgt Sant
never mind that one I mentioned as I found you a better deal.
A guy I know is selling it. Besides being a great guy, Jim is very honest and a former Vietnam helo pilot.

He is selling the same 800 size Huey as this thread started talking about. it is a brand new kit and he only wants $450.00.

He will be the Southern Scale Heli meet in Dalton, GA and can bring it there and deliver in person since he lives in Phoenix, AZ now I think.

since you are in TN, if you want to see about 100 beautiful scale helicopters and meet a great bunch of guys, you need to come to this heli meet.

sent you a PM with all the info.

let me know if you need any further info.

Thanks Roy ,
Actually I have two 800 size Huey fuses for sale.. Both new unassembled.
First is the Vario #2050 kit (you can look up specs on vario's site) for $650+shipping
Second is a Sprayberry kit, same size but B model (Vario is a D ) $450+shipping...
Or as Roy pointed out I will be going the the "Southern Scale Challenge" in
Dalton GA, sept.8-12.. And can deliver for free...
Or, for you west coast guys...I am going to the "Helicopter Scale Masters" event in Sacremento Sept 24-26...
Contact me at [email protected] for more details..
Thanks
