WOW what's a good job you have done. you may feel hurry to try it and hope you will have lot of fun with it..When you take time to do great job as you do, the best result is that the plane go straight ahead up in the air... I'm building one myself but it was a full kit. I started the construction by January, 23 2011 and hope to try it this summer. If you feel interested by what I have done , you can visit my site at:

https://sites.google.com/site/dhc2beaver144pouces/ the site is not realy up to date but not far from.. sorry about my poor english.. but as I said before you did a realy nice job... follow that way

Hello Guys,

ORIGINAL: mawarn

Hello,

just wanted to show you my Beaver. It's still on the work bench. Hope to get it to fly this spring.
The motor gets small near the Headway cells. It's a full composite kit from HVP that spans 110''.

You can get the kit at:

Regards,
Mark
There's little update on my Beaver:

Ok took the Beaver out of the box for the first time (I've had it for a while) it's HUGE & I'm considering leaving the paint scheme as is for now... looks pretty darn good like this.

I've never flown of floats, so I'm putting some floats on my Ultra Stick first. So this build might still be a while... But I'm looking forward to it

Hi,

my HVP XXL Beaver had it's 3rd Maiden last weekend. Flys well and looks like the full scale in the air.

Best regards,
Mark

Just finished up my Hanger 9 Beaver. Sorry but no floats on this girl, she will be used for aerotow. Not too many gliders that can operate off of water........intentionally!

Power is a Evolution 77cc 7 cylinder radial. Full lights and of course a tow release.

Maiden flight is tomorrow!

Awesome. Nice Turboprop "conversion" version!

I've got an older Wren 54 TP in my Tucano and love the engine and the whole flight experience.
