Default Piston won't move!!!

I have a proboat miss Budweiser and having some problems. Every time I try to pull start the engine, I notice the piston not moving up and down as its supposed to. Anyone know what kind of problem this is?

Not sure, I can move the prop and the piston will move with it but when I pull the pull start it will go and stop at the very top.

Sounds like the one way bearing is slipping will need to replace soon but till then remove it and flush with WD 40 or break cleaner will keep you going for a bit longer
