Depends on what type of flying you intend to do with it. Notoriously unstable, which is why it wasn't in production very long, taking the dihedral out should make it very interesting.

If you are not an accomplished flier it would be best to leave it in for this particular model, however I would suggest that regardless remove no more than a half of the dihedral.

Hmmm I have and have flown this model many times. It fly's well and stable for me. I was not the builder, as far as I know it was built per plans. Its a bit heavy, mine has a Surpass 91. A 1.20 would be better I think.
Not sure why others are unstable. Mine floats when trying to land. Check your CG and surface throws.
