Thanks 27, I forgot about those guys, I know quite a few guys in my club with their packs and don't have an issue.

ORIGINAL: JJP

Guys if any customer has a problem with a Duralite pack and it is under 2 years old it is replaced unless of coarse the customer left it plugged in. just call toll free.
So in my case would I be covered? The Duralites I got were the ones specifically for the power box series with the MPX connector. No where in the instructions does it say to disconnect from the baselog unit. Let me know and I'll send you an email as I am in a very different time zone to you

Cheers

If you do go for the Electrodynamics packs then have a look at their balance/charge leads as well. These make charging the packs really easy (and tidy).

Check out Hangtimes hobbies. I have no connection with them other than several years of satisfaction with their products

Funny to see this thread. One week ago I was going through my stuff and found three a123 batteries I had forgot about that are about a year old. The two duralite internal balance were dead as a nail and the one fromeco was at near full charge. I have tried to get the dead batteries back on line but have had no luck but I probably couldn't trust them anyway.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to post up a follow up that I have been in touch with Jack From Duralite who has organised for a replacement pack to be sent to me as it is covered under warranty. Great service and a quick reply from duralite. Thanks Jack.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread.

Cheers

Jeremy
