RE: SaeFury
Today Mick is picking up the Seafury. Attached is the last set of photo that I will be posting. The model has been covered in a 20% satin clear coat and has given the model a fantastic scale look. I fitted the exhaust stakes but since the photo I have slightly changed them, I have now move them all 5mm rear wards exposing them more which is more like the rear aircraft. It has been a joy being given the chance to finish this model and hope Mick allows me to see it finished on its first time out when she flies after all this work.

Goodness... That is very nice work...
I really like the inner hinge setup on the folding mechanism.
I have always liked this aircraft, and you have done a Wonderful job,
Recreating a masterpiece.

Well it has flown finished; the larger spinner has been tried and appears to have increased the running temperature although not enough to cause concern, the highest recorded was 114c.
Hear is a video of the completed model. I have to apologise for the rough landing as the engine unexpectedly quit!

Seafury is one of the nicest models to fly. I have the Vailly 90" span and is a most forgiving and delightful model.
Great work with yours.
cheers
