RE: Scoundrel invasion!
I flew it 3 times this morning with Skaliwag and Alan. It was pretty windy but I went for it anyway. Skaliwag held it on the runway till I was ready to fly and then let it ROG. I had 3 successful flights with good landings. She needed some trim and the battery got moved foward. This plane should really balance in FRONT of the spar.
I got a couple of nice flights in this evening too and it was calmer out.
The Russian mills runs great! I'm thinking of running an 9x4 to slow it down a little.

Chevy43,
What a beauty!
I love how you cowled it the top of the engine compartment - nicely fitted and leaving only enough room to service the engine - and screw removable for major overhauls.
Lovely design Skalliwag!
Excellent execution Chevy43.
How does she fly?
Full wood fuse looks like might be a bit on the "sturdy" side? Probably a good thing with our decreasing flying skills.....
