Very well done! Hard Work to build a A109 from scratch! What material did you use for your prototype? is it gypsum? How did you model it?

Thanks for your coments about my work
I spent 8 months in design made and build these prototype.
I used valsa wood and fiber glass for modeller my prototype .
For the molds and my first copy I used fiberglass.

I'm building a turbine at the moment from scratch for an new helicopter.

It will be for a Agusta A109 http://www.rega.ch/de/einsatz/flotte...-da-vinci.aspx which is mor or less a GRAND NEW with at least 3m rotor diameter. So I will create this Agusta from scratch too. After hard search, I found a model which is more or less OK this Agusta was modeled in 3D. Look here: http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/obj-new/732982
I'm not shure if I can scale it and then create the mold on my CNC router...I think I have lot to learn
