Westbury Hawker Hunter- Manual needed
Hi guys
I was wondering if anyone had a scanned copy of the Westbury Hawker Hunter kit they could let me have. I brought a fuselage with the intention of building it into a flying model. I would appreciate a copy of the original manual to see how they tackled things although I am currently thinking of making a built up set of wings etc using the Shane Harding edf plan scaled down to suit.
Cheers
Ian

Tich
I have a paper copy of the instructions and the single sheet plan that came with the kit. Also I have a set of accurate 3 view drawings scaled up to match the Hunter. I used them to correct errors in the shape of the original kit (horizontal tail sweep for example).
It was left over from my build which I really enjoyed (link below). Wow - I can't believe that it is nearly 9 years since I started that build.

It may take me a while to scan in 29 pages but I can do it if you would like.
I also have the pipe and a custom set of Sierra main gear and the original Unitracts nose gear and struts/ wheels/ brakes for the Hunter if you are interested in making an offer for them.
Regards
Paul

No problem Tich, I hadn't heard of the Westbury one before. Seems like you are sorted now though; good luck with the build.
Kind regards
