I don't think he's enquiring about a manual. He wants to know about delivery times as he ordered an A-10 last October but doesn't have it yet.

ok vous m avez compris ! je parle pas anglais , je suis de swisserland et j ai deja ecris a flyeaglejet , il me donne beaucoup de prommesse , il reponde a mes email avec du retard
