Default 7c 2.4 throttle timer at low throttle?

I set up my new 7c in my new plane and the throttle is doing something I don't like. If I leave it at low throttle for a minute or so it takes the throttle servo to its lowest/minimum position/setting regardless of how much travel I have it set for. The receiver is showing solid green so I don't think its losing its link or having low battery issues. Why is it doing this? Is there some programming feature that I have turned on accidentally? I have read the manual and so far I don't see anything that would cause this.

Thanks

Ed

Please check your endpoint settings for the throttle channel. The transmitter will not command the servo to move farther than you have the endpoint set. If the servo continues to move after you move the stick to the full-low position, you may have a problem with the servo, itself.

I replaced the new 3004 servo that I had in the plane with another new 3004 servo, and the new servo does the same thing. I have the travel toward idle set at 50%. When I put the throttle to this point the servos both go to the desired position but then after about 20 seconds the servo goes to full travel in that direction with no stick movement. I timed it this time so I know it's about 20 seconds.
