New turbine ESC is show 0374M run time?
Setting up a new turbine and while scrolling through the settings noticed the ESC is saying 0374M run time on a new engine?
Is this normal? Engine is a 180G and has only been bench run for about 5 mins.

Hi Disco, looked into the records, I had to reconfigure the ECU but cloned the wrong file, that already has the time on it, but with all correct settings. I have already logged this info (347 minutes) in our records to extend the 25 hour service, or if you like, send it in and I could zero it out.
Sorry for the confusion, but your engine is brand new.
Barry

Cool thanks,
Another thing, every since switching to diesel I'm getting ignition failures every 1 out of 3 starts. What setting can I changed to reduce this from happening? I changed the ESC settings to match the latest manual on the site.
I'm thinking up the GLOW power from 7.3 Volts to 8.0?
Running 3500 mah LIFE 3s battery.

no , i had the same problem with the k60
i have found out that if the temp is higher then the 72 deg of ignite, that the ecu dont understand it
what i did : i lowered the ignite 72, the end temp
and now i dont have any problems
before it refuses to go to the preheat phase
but now its good
i did 15 starts , and all where good
but thats my findings

Hrm,
well on my ignition failure the temp is int he 38 to 46C range, what happens is that the TEMP doesn't go high enough.
However, on the times it does reach 72 than the remaining start up process works fine, so What setting should I change to make sure that the ignition reaches 72 C

Disco, make sure you don't advance glow voltage, we don't want to burn it out. At 7.4V it is plenty of juice to light it well in the chamber. Martin is right about advancing the Ignition Pump PW for a couple of clicks. My recommended settings in the manual is a reference, perhaps conservative.

Ohh Ok, when I was running Kero it was 23 I dropped it to 15, I'll up to 20 see if it works.
Thanks,
ALSO on the 180 the MAX RPM is 124,000.00 on my ESC, however on the site it is set to 123,000
Should I leave it be or lower it?
