It would be a nice treat to see it at our "First in Flight" Jet Ralley in Wilson NC. The event is held over the Memorial Day weekend at the Wilson industrial airport. We have had close to 100 pilots at our event & over 4 days of flying. You would certainly be welcome to come on down & join us! Alot of the Jet engine mfgrs & their represenatives are there too. We have had several turbo props in the past & they allways get attention......Gene

In oder to make the 54TP function properly, I have decided to change the exhausts as shown.
This is a straight shot out of the TP so it shouldn't affect performance and it will be easy to install..
intereasting hobby this is !!!

Nice job on the build.
I asked Tam for a quote to supply a couple of pipes like yours for my TP installation in a Carf Extra. How did you attach the pipes to the exisitng pipes?
Other thing I'm trying to figure out is how to be able to fuel, start, etc with the canopy on as there's 4 screws used to attach it and if I have to do so after the engines started it may not be much fun. Not sure there's much I'm gonna be able to do about it though.

George, thanks for posting the video. Did you make it down to First in Flight? I know Rodger was there, he shipped a dozen packages to my house for the jet rally I like the sound of that turbo prop. Nice job overall....Gene

Yes I made it to FIF, that was an interesting event, very nice venue I got there early and came home Sat am. I will probably go next year
depending on the weather forecast. I like events that are held when the weather is mild and I avoid any events in the hotter months.. The YAK continues to be a source of fun, I have flown it on high rates and WOW it is a genuine airbender!!!..more videos to follow...

Great! Glad you made it down, but i wish we would have met. Maybe we did, I was handeling the airport unicom for full scale air traffic all week under the sign up tent. The weather actually improved Saturday & Sunday. We are planning on big changes next year to handle any weather issues. I'd love for you to bring down that Yak! We had several turboprops this year & they allways get the crowd motivated! Hope you had a good time while you were here......Gene
