RE: New H9 P-47 Razorback
I guess I have to go for a drive first thing Mon. morning to my L.H.S. and get one on order. I don't know how many times I read Robert S. Johnson's "Thunderbolt", but I am guessing 10 or 15. For me it would be a hard pick between the P-47 razorback and the Spitfire for a favourite. So, I guess I won't. Both, very, very special planes!!!!!!

I'm glad to finally see flat colors on a warbird from Hanger 9!!!! Instead of those glossy colors they normally have

So I take it you missed our Blue Nose Mustang from 2009 and the Bf-109 earlier this year? ;-)

A nice looking ARF, glad to see Flat Colored Ultracoat; the only issue I have, it looks like panel lines and rivets are printed on the covering, be a problem for any repairs requiring removing and replacing the covering, other than that a nice looking Warbird, I have the other 60 size H9 P-47, one of my favorite planes to fly.

Man that is a nice looking ARF....
I'm flying the new H9 30cc sized P-47, what a sweet flying plane..... I'd love to add this one to the collection to.
This one would be great in giant scale to.... but 60 size birds are always nice to setup and store

I really like the Hanger-9'offerings. The quality is top notch. My only pet peave is that they don't hinge the control surfaces for you. I really dislike doing that and it would help out the builder a lot. I realize most guys probably don't mind it that much but I think it would be a nice touch.

Love the razorback version much more than the bubble top and really wanted a 60 size so this one is short listed. Thanks H9. Now I just need a revamped 60 sized Spitfire from you guys and I'll be ecstatic!

And I just picked up the silver version on flea-Bay...now I see why he was selling them so low. That's OK because this will be my second Bubble P-47 and I have the older P-47-150. Nonetheless, I will still get this one One can never have too many P-47's as the Germans found out <g>.

Yeah, i saw the silver H9 p47s going on ebay for about $160 and almost bought one. Glad I didn't as besides being a razorback, I like the airfoiled tail surfaces!

You guys rock!! Just now finally completed the Hanger 9 BF109. Installed the OS95V, hopefully she'll have enough power? But back to your new P47, she is a beauty and already contacted my local hobby shop and told me she is on back order. Once again GREAT JOB!!! Thank you!!!

Man, they need to come up with a better tail wheel! This one is just as ugly as the ME109. Please Horizon, spend a little more time and money to do them better. I can live with them being fixed, but give them a bit more of a realistic strut/fork.
