Wow !! A woman who is single and fly's model airplanes, and a club pres no less. Where have you been all my life Bev?? :-) I'm up here in the northeast, and
that's almost unheard of around here. I think that's so awesome. Wish I could some one like that.
So anyone know of a good RC flight school there in Fla? I'm just looking to refine my skills a bit and would love to do it in a warmer climate over the winter time.

It's pretty much the same for me with work, ya know? I just got back from a week vacation in Germany.... Octoberfest, of course!!!

Hello Bev, Well this year has ended with a bang, the source being my computer, that didn't survive a severe storm just recently, so i am using a borrowed one atm. So i know i am early , but i wish to take this opportunity to wish you and all the other readers of this post a very Merry Christmas and all the very best for the New Year. I just witnessed one of my club members do a "Bill Hempel" right in front of my eyes.... He was hovering his 40% Extra for me to take a couple still shots this evening before our nightfly and then did a snaproll on climb out....and blew off a wing.... He managed to fly around the entire field....all I could keep repeating was "it can be done, it can be done" to him and then I finally switched to video and I caught the most beautiful landing AND taxi back!!!!!
This kid is 16 years old and an amazing pilot!!!!
