Pro Boat 1/8 hydroelectric conversion.
Hi guys.
After some help/advise please.
I have a pro boat 1/8 hydro and would like to convert it to brushless from the original zenoah setup. What motor/esc setup would you use for it to get similar performance?
Regards OMRA.

RE: Pro Boat 1/8 hydroelectric conversion.
Id go with a 5694 1000 kv motor on 10s and use an alien esc,im planning to run that setup in an apache but with twin motors and a twin alien esc,you should see good speeds with that setup.Im using the sss motors they seem pretty good and a decent price.
Mart
contact them about the esc here he will have one made to your specs if you tell him what you need.

Yea plan is to set the throttle to 75-80% for normal use and full for speed runs .I may also try her on 8s but I do like the idea of 10 s for an all out speed run or two .
