RE: show us your gliders
More than likely they would. Best to keep them inboard by at least one bay from the ailerons. I'd make them 2-3 bays wide at most on each side of the wing. (some people get into over-kill on their spoilers) From what I can see in the 2nd picture, the ailerons should be moved towards the tips by 2 bays. The closer they are to the body, the less effective they will be. That would also make room for spoilers to be added.
If you don't want to go to all the work of moving the ailerons, then make your spoilers 3 bays wide starting at the edge of your sheeting. That would be the quickest way to go.
What other controls are you planning on?

there's going to be rudder, elevator, spoilers, ailerions and maybe a switch for tow

Journey maidened today... over 21 minutes... Not sure of the time. After launching, coming down most of the way, and skying out... we started the timer. It was 16 + minutes when I landed it.

Well, it's not as pretty as the others here, but I built it and it's my first try at no power flying. Other than the countless dead sticks I have had. I picked up a SIG Riser at an auction. I got the chance to throw it 5 times today, and was really happy at how far it goes. But the snow was a bit deep and hard to walk in to get it after the flights. So I will wait for warmer days.

This project took five years to complete. I sculpted the plug from three laminations of kiln dried Bass wood. Bondo followed by shaping and sanding then a polyester primer surfacer. The entire plane is molded, epoxy, carbon, kevlar and fiberglass.
First flight was from a winch launch and it flew very well. Difficulty is finding a place to fly these. Needs a nice landing site with soft, tall grass.
