Keep in mind that cont all of these are completely compatible for our uses.
I have found it better to search for the cheapest price on the CM-6 which I found at O Reilly Auto Parts

The cm-6 and the Denso u20mu are exact interchange, the champ y82 is very close, ie measured in inches vs metric i
Ive seen some of the honda plugs, they were reboxed ngk, some of the others may be the same.

The Japanese made cm-6 equivalents all have a 14mm wide Hex nut which is in keeping with the JIS standard requirement for an M10 thread. Ansi and DIN requirements are bigger indeed at 16mm and 17mm respectively but I've never found a CM-6 equivalent with a nut conforming to the ANSI or DIN.
The imperial nut plugs I've come across are slightly larger at 14.3mm which is consistent with the 3/8-16 bolt head size.
Of course these could just have been due to poor QC on the nut size but Since I bought them in the UK I figured it was sized that way to accomodate a non metric society with tools in imperial....
