Three of us will be down tomorrow afternoon prob get there around dinner time.
Anyone flying Thursday?
Where can we get a good steak?
Bringing two F-22's, one F-4 (1/7 Scale JL) two fast Flashy things, a SM T-38 and a Tams F-16 (turbine powered). And if we have room left probably some more. The last thing I want to do is work on one! I'm gearing up for thumb exercises and a bad sunburn and sitting in the shade when opportunity arises.
I know Dave is bringing his SM F-4 1/7th also and a flash too.

Bob,
Almost! I just got the retracts and TX for it this week, but I was out of town all last week. The critical piece I havent gotten in the mail yet is batteries, so I'll just be bringing the King Cat.
See you tomorrow morning!
Cheers,
Mark

Mike K finally got a first and second flight 9courtesy of Steve E) on his EDF FJ1 Fury. The scratchbuilt model was a bit tailheavy on first flight, but Steve managed to get it down so some noseweight could be added. Second flight balance looked much better. The Fury had a inlet duct problem on the second flight, but I suspect the next item we see it fly it will have some color on it. [8D] And, a turbine powered Electra on final approach.

Another part of the Okie Show- nice flying F4! And Andy A's F4 joining in on the Phantom Phun. [8D] Lotsa other models I did not get pics of - Friday's humidity was sapping the energy outta me! [:@] Another great MtP jet fly. I'll try to make it again for next year! Thanks Gus, and the NE TX RC Club!!

That T-38 belongs to Ron Limon of Coweta, OK.
Crew chief/builder/test pilot was me!
The 38 is wonderful to fly and will be easy in and out of our 400' runway in Broken Arrow.
Want to thank all of the Mt. Pleasant club for another wonderful event. I look forward to attending next year and years to come. I enjoyed meeting some of the other pilots and really enjoyed watching everyone fly. Btw it sure was impressive having the awesome raffle airplanes to pick from. Great catering and great event! Many thanks!
