Hacker A60-7S V2 Install in Vanquish
I have noticed quite a bit of interest in installing a Hacker A60-7s into the Vanquish.
I have put together a step by step guide showing how I have done this to my two Vanquish.
Here is hoping that this will be of some interest and help to those wanting to use the Hacker
motor.
I want to be clear that there are motors out there that will bolt right into the Vanquish without
the need for any modification. I have been impressed with the way these motors power the Vanquish.
I also am impressed with how the A60-7S powers the Vanquish. I am posting this just to help open
up the option of using another more affordable motor.
This being my first time at starting a new post I hope I did it correctly.
Thanks all,
Steve Hosner

RE: Hacker A60-7S V2 Install in Vanquish
Hello Steve, I have a Nuance with an A-60 in it almost ready to fly
What ESC are you using. I am going to use a Castle HV-85 or an Ice 80. I have some programing info but not what software version to use with it . That is all I lack to set it up and fly.
Thanks Kirk

Kirk,
I am not your best source for that information. I simply installed the controller with the default settings and flew.
I am sure that there are others that can provide much better opinions and answers than I can. My gut feeling
is to go to the Castle web site and download the most current version of the software.
Good luck Kirk!

Thank you for the firewall and all the help to install the A60 in my Vanquish.
it has plenty of power and with ICE2 HV80 and 20.5x 14 I can do the sportsman sequence using 2 5000 25c venom packs still have 47% left.
