Default T7C programing

Hi All need some help

I am a nube to the 7C and have a bit of a programing problem. I am putting this in a bipe bird, So the following is what I have set up at the present.

chnl 2 & 5 elevators
chnl 3 throttle
chnl 4 rudder
chnl 7 choke

These are working right on the money. and now trying to get the ailerons to work. Started with the lower wing and have it plugged in to chnl 1 and it works but I get elevator up and down with the ailerons.

I have checked the P-mix's and all 3 indicate INH, So what am I doing wrong or not doing ?

Thanks in advance

Cheers Bob T

With the 7C 2.4, you can do it this way:

Channel 1= Aileron
Channel 2 = Elevator
Channel 3 = Throttle
Channel 4 = Rudder
Channel 5 = Elevator2 (Go to page 45 of the manual for Ailevator function)
Channel 6 = Aileron2
Channle 7 = Smoke, you can Y the Batt to any channel).

Hope that helps!
Doug

P.S. Bax, Sorry that I responded to this post in the Futaba Support forum, for some reason I thought I was at the regular Radio Forum.

Doug

I have got that as listed what I don't get is why I am getting up and down elevator when I am just moving the stick right or left and have not been able to UNCOUPLE it. I have gone thru the manual several times and don't seam to find what I need.

Please se the Question as asked in post # 1

Go into the Ailevator Function and make sure the aileron portion is at 0%. This is what is making the elevators work along with the ailerons. The Ailevator Function is described on page 43 of the instruction manual.

Well guys I am back.
First got all of te pro]graming for the bipe done, but no madien as yet. Then my old 16 plus years 8-U and converted to 2.4 with a Tm-8 module went south. So I set up one of my outher birds on the new 7C and it works great, But beeing and old geezer and a bit slow with the throtle management thingy. So is there a way to set a flight idle spot, say like on the aileron differential switchas I dont need full aileron movement on landings any way? I have looked at the hilo instructions and I think I see a way, but they baffel me and I don't want to mess what I allready have.
So any help would be great.

Hi, I have a quick question on the mix of the 7C-2.4. I have mixed ch 2 & 5 together, my issue is when I trim the radio the only movement I get is the surface that is plugged into the ch 2 position and nothing on the ch 5 (it remains neutral). Is there something that i overlooked when I mixed the two?

TIA
