RE: Congrats to John Redman / Jetcat USA
I've been working with BobWilcox, Scott, and John Redman for several years, and found their customer service second to none. All my engines are Jetcat except one, and that was an accident, so my experiences with these guys are top notch. John Redman taking over Jetcat will only make a great dealer and service organization just that much better. Glad you're back on board John, missed your information and advice. Also glad Bob is staying around for his vast knowledge and expertise. Couldn't be a better transition!
Best wishes on your new adventure.
Regards, Les

First, Congratulations on your purchase of Jet Cat USA. It was a relieve for me, to learn that Bob will be staying on. His knowledge and willingness to help got me through the beginner learning curve a few years ago. I personally think he deserves the " Jobe" award for patience in working me.
I notice that there has been some posts complaining about Jet Cat, well I have one too. I want a new P-180 RX and my wife doesn't seem to understand my needs, She says 6 is enough. lol Seriously, I wish you the best in this venture and will remain an avid Jet Cat supporter, See you in Kentucky.

Way To Go John!!!!!
Not many people left in Alamogordo that had the opportunity to know you and fly with you.
I am one who had that chance and benefitted from your vast knowledge of the hobby.
Anyone else know you can fly with your feet!!??
Go get them tiger and best wishes,
Dave Kiesling

It's also nice to see a fellow Air Force vet succeeding in the civilian world and taking over this fine company. Congratulations John!

RE: Congrats to John Redman / Jetcat USA
For the past 12 years Bob Wilcox has driven JetCat USA to a leadership position in the micro turbine engine industry. His knowledge, support, and service have established a reputation that is known across the America’s and surrounding countries. In the near future John Redman and his brother Dennis Redman will be joining Bob, continuing with improvements to meet the changing needs of JetCat customers. Bob will continue with JetCat USA to ensure the core founding principles will remain the same.
John Redman has been a jet enthusiast for over 20 years and a modeler all his life. John is no stranger to the model industry spending the last decade in it himself; both at JetCat USA and Horizon Hobby. His brother has spent the past 28 years as a business executive focusing on sales, marketing, and customer service. Bob Wilcox, John Redman, and Markus Zipperrer will be at Kentucky Jets 2013 to meet all of you and answer any questions.
enjoy the flight

This is excellent news, and it's great to see all of the positive comments. JetCat USA is already tops in my book so it would be hard to improve, but the future is definitely bright with John and his brother at the helm. I'm also intrigued by the combination of JetCat USA and CST. All the best to you John and Dennis, and congrats!
