I pulled some photos from my camera from Saturday, thanks once again for having us Andreas, Sean and I had a great day!!

Here are some photos from the day:

Mike Murphy and some of the demo team from Wren Turbines were in attendance

Unfortunately this impressive and stunning model was lost in this flight:

Due to extreme weather gusts, the front nose pin of this turbo prop Hawk was bent and needed some attention in the pits. Powered by a Wren44 it was impressive to watch.

Very nice detail in Andreas' F16. I was hoping to see it fly but I think the unsettled winds put that idea out of reach:

This Ultra Flash was looking menacing but also silent while I was there. Would love to see this going next time

In the afternoon the Turboprop Hawk took to the skies, flanked by a turbo prop PC9.. Impressive team work!

Mike and Padhraig had their Boomerang's in formation ready to tear up the sky, unfortunately I had to go before I saw them flying however it was great to see the guys and their jets.

There was also a bit of 3D flying going on

And this Harpoon tore up the sky, the Falcon was being setup on the ground, not sure if there was a shakedown maiden later on, but in the afternoon she spat out a dragon sized flame during a hotstart which was quite impressive looking but potentially damaging!

All in all it was a good day despite the wind, I got one flight in with the Turbine Habu but then suffered a broken retract. Great to see everyone and catch you guys at the next one!

Maybe he could knit it back together if someone out there could supply him with some templates
and also knit a new compressor for the JC 120 SX

Is there no moderator on this forum at all. Nothing like hitting a poor man when he's down. At least the legend flew his flash and flew it well. It it wasn't for a catastrophic mechanical failure he would still be showing us how it down. Come on Harry , re engage ReEngage !!!!

I did ??? Can't believe it. I just can't understand how a turbine with a bit of noise goes back for checkup comes back with a clean bill of health and a new compressor ?? Why I'm not sure ur seemed like a great deal. Runs for a handful of flights and is back to square one. Worse actually since the damn thing won't start at all now. I wonder did jetcat change the bearing at all or what did they do. Hard to believe new bearing could be gone already ?

But the bearings are definitely gone .Any idea why work they did the last time apart from the compressor ?

So Bobg what are u bringing down with you. I was in pet world at the weekend and thought you may be bringing the flash down so I picked up a lovely yellow and black dog lead for you. Should Mach ur colour scheme.Since u don't seem to be flying and showing it off in the air at least this way you can prance around the field with the flash in tow and not hurt the back bending over pushing it around like you always do. Might check and see I there's a pink one there too for the other Rob.

You've never seen me doing a taxi around the field yet !
you have also never seen me retract my wheels on the lane !

must be this getting married thing , makes you a bit silly ,I think you were in pet world buying a lead for yourself ... As you seem to be on it very often

going this time to relax .... Boomerang will be the order of the day ,can't really fly anything else when mr boomerang himself will be there ,...
