I won't to give Hobby People a thumbs up. We purchased a Big Stick from Graves Hobbies. The maiden flight went well, the second flight not so good. The pre-glued elevator came loose and the plane went into the trees. Contacted Graves and they gave me a number to call which was Hobby People. Explained the problem to the gentleman and they are sending me a new plane, great people to deal with. [Kudo's to hobby people

I'm still a bit confused as to why Hobby People sent a plane to replace one sold by Graves RC ! 
 Anyway, glad you received good customer service.......something that is really lacking with a lot of retailers,

Hobby People is the sales arm of Global Distributing, they are essentially one and the same Corp.,, out of Fountain Valley CA.

Graves stated that his hands were tried and he could do nothing. He sent me to Global which he stated was the same as hobby People. All is good
