They're not on the site for some reason. You will have to send him an e-mail or private message.

Yeah I know this thread has long been abandoned by the faithful... I have been sitting on a kit for the past few years. I am beginning to accumulate pieces parts to outfit the Edge when I decide to build it (this winter?).

I was wondering if the DLE55RA would be a good choice? Seems like that motor on a can would be the hot ticket...

Thoughts?

Yes! I have one with a side mount muffler and is a beast. You may have some balance issues because the weight of the engine, years back I hade my first hybrid with an evolution 58 and the cg was perfect! The evolution 58 was also more powerful than my dle55. Just my .02, good luck.

I think the 55R will be a great choice because of the narrow fuse. It should fit in the cowl area a lot easier.

Im in need of the plans for this baby. That was mine before a fatal last fall. Does anyone have a set of the plans they can make copy of or plans they want to get rid of? I'll gladly pay you for you services. I loved this plane.

Can't say I blame you. I really do not need to sell it. It can stay under my bed indefinitely.

These kits are going to be long gone as soon as the hoarders either crash & rebuild or sell to someone who is going to build it.

Looking good, it doesn't take long to frame these profiles out. Sure are nice flying machines. Shoot a picture after you get all covered. Jerry.
