Say a prayer for a jet modeler down
Hey Jet Modelers,
We have a Jet modeler down in his health and could use a prayer. Ken White suffered a heart attack last week and is currently hospitalized and will have to undergo open heart surgery on Monday. With 3 -98% blockages to the heart and current health conditions, I think he could use a prayer from us all. Send some positive energy his way, and God speed to a speedy recovery. Anyone else with current info on his condition feel free to chime in. He was out of commission for the Austin Jet meet, and has been having problems since. I will have an up-date from Ken on Friday as he meets with surgeons again for a final briefing. Good luck Ken!

Sorry to hear the news , but they will have you fixed up way better than before. Jack has the 160 and the Panther will be ready to make a pass. Boomer is ready to test fly as well. Do what the Doc's say and get your ass out of there before you catch a bug thats floating around in the hospital. I'll call you tomorrow.

Update : Ken's surgery has been postponed until tomorrow or Thursday. The Chief Surgeon preforming the procedure became ill after his early morning By-Pass procedure. Ken was scheduled second for him at aprox. 11:00am. He was in prep and the Anesthesiologists was fixing to do the deal when the abort order came. Hang in there Ken, just make them wait on you hand over fist !!!! I'll call you later.

Threads like this should remind us how fragile are our lives, and how futile and senseless is bashing and arguing against other people ideas and opinions in the forums. (and real life as well..)
And by the way, using this tech I hope Ken have the best of luck on this surgery, and wish a complete recovery, so he can enjoy as soon as possible this hobby we like so much.
best regards, Enrique.
