On/Off Switch for ESC
I put an Eagle Tree Guardian 2D/3D Flight Stabilizer in a scale Cessna 182 trainer. It works great but it requires that the plane be in a level flight mode when powering on the ESC. I would like to put in a switch so that I can plug in the battery without having to do it by feel. That way, I put in/connect battery in normal manner, turn plane over to the correct flight mode and then power-on the system. It this feasible? It seems I should be able to put an on/off switch in-line in the cable going from the BEC to the receiver. Is my thinking correct, or am I missing something? Any help/advice is immensely appreciated

RE: On/Off Switch for ESC
With smaller models, an arming plug is practical. When you go above above 60-70A, it can be a problem.
A switch between the BEC plus lead and the receiver is a possible solution. A caveat is how the ESC behaves
when the receiver is off or initializing.
