Where have all the twin-engine ARFs gone?
I have been looking for a home for TWO Saito 72's. For a while now.
Most of the Twin Engine ARFs have been discontinued. What is the trend here, and why?
(I'd love for a .40-sized P-38 to be released by Great Planes, H9, or Top Flite...)

Hi Mike,
I guess it is an issue of volume of sales. Not enough sales will cause an ARF to be discontinued. Twins because of their complexity will always be a tougher sell. The one twin warbird ARF I still see around lately is the Mosquito. through various vendors. There are a few foamy models out there as well.

If a quality manufacturer released a Mosquito, I'd buy it, assuming the size was close to what I am looking for. I'd buy the right engines (4 stroke glow) for a nice Mosquito.
If it were a balsa electric, I'd build firewalls for it.

Hanger 9 still have the Twin Otter? Thats a nice flyer, and tough too, already dropped it in the corn, glued the nose back together and took off again, only this time with full batteries.
