Well there is a definite common denominator here and that is the quality of workmanship; outstanding!

Keep the pictures coming guys, looks great.

Peter,

Were you yet able to get a flight on your D-VI? Hope it flew as good as it looks!

Hey Tom, Is that a GTM DVI? I really want to build one of those one day. Looks Like a good turnout for warbirds over denver. Gonna try to get tripe flying by Friday. Thanks again.

I will. I squeezed in a DL 50cc with a can! should have enough power. The radio install has gone well so far. Great job on the cables and bellcranks. They work really good.

Mine is 1/4 scale from the Balsa USA kit. It is strictly standoff scale and I wouldn't expect it to score well in a serious contest. It is a plane that will make me happy roaring around on nice weekends. Here is some video:

BobH, I was given a S.E.%.A. 1/4 scale kit just like the one in your picture. It is also a Duncan Hutson kit. The kit is partally built and the person that gave it to me cannot find the blueprints. What I am looking for is a copy of the paperwork that came with the plane. I am prepaired to pay what you would charge. Looking forward to compleating the kit. Hope you can help.

Thanks Roger [email protected]

I love flying and building WW I airplanes. I have flying a BUSA 1/4 Fokker D-VII (red& white), BUSA 1/4 Sopwith Pup, and a SR Batteries Kit, Fokker Eindecker and building the BUSA 1/4 SPAD XIII. The Yellow BUSA 1/4 Fokker D VII crashed (lost it in the sun). I go to as many Dawn Patrol and War Birds events that I can. Here are my pictures

Thanks
Rich

Great planes you guys are showing, WW1 is a fun era, I too like the 1/4 scale WW1 fighter, but I only fly electric planes as I have a field to fly at that is 4 mins from my house, only electric planes there, ya ya gotta deal with the coffee cup cowards, that's what we call foam planes, anyhow,,, here are a couple electric WW1 planes I fly, don't have much in line of pictures left after the PC crashed and took a bunch of cool pictures to the pc HEAVEN,,
