If you are only 20 minutes away, could you drive over and peer in the windows and see how the little wizzards are doing on the 9x assembly line?........................:}

The only windows on the first floor is the front door and reception area. By headquarters means distribution and service/repair. I believe all their products are made "somewhere over the rainbow (Pacific Ocean).

I was kidding with you! Ithink all the good stuff is made in South Korea. If A9X follows the A9 schedule model, Ishould be able to buy one in the spring of 2014. That works for me.

Take a trip from Ohio to Poway, CA and make the repair interesting! Except as indicated it's a warehouse and repair setup and you tend not to get far past the front door. But it's nice country!
When I dropped in from Canada to replace a SC crystal with a proper DC crystal years ago and told the front guy it was a long drive just to get such a small part, the look was worth the trip.
