George, it's not that I'm enjoy it nor is it personal, but I prefer to get to the bottom of things. Otherwise, I would feel like having a dark cloud over; I rather clear things up, even if I have to admit any bad decision, or lacking in communications, or even quality issues with our products.
After twisting Chuang's arms to recollect in the beginning of our production and before I got on board, there may had been an engine with a loose screw inside the gold front cover with all none moving parts, and I believe you have solved it by putting it back and we thank you for it.
Below is an email subsequent to the one you quoted of mine:

Hi George:
I have instructions from the factory that NEM will stay, as they have been doing business before you did with KingTech. There's no doubt you have better experience in turbines, but you are also a dealer for many brands of turbines and based on your previous sales record of KingTech, we will not consider doing any major changes.
Regards,
Barry

Therefore, your interpretation of Chuang's email is flawed, what he meant back in 2010 was that he authorized you to conduct business in Greece, nothing more.
As with the problem engine, I did receive your email to inform, but not the forwarded ones with details between you and Chuang, which took place before I was on board, all I had were: [Message clipped]
I admit I didn't follow through as much as probably should have to ask you or Chuang to resend, so I never had the details of the engine that's also because we were going through the transitioning of F and G models and with different pricing structure and we have no more of the K-140F that you requested so I replied as follow:

Your customer should have grabbed the deal. However, I could do a brand new G model K-140 at........

Barry

Anyways George, I believe we probably covered pretty much everything and regret any unpleasantry that may have associated. But I want to thank you for reminding us where we came from and more importantly where we are heading, as I believe we have no intention to come close to anyone, if any desire, and with due respect, dare I say it, to surpass with our pace and own ways. Meanwhile, I wish you well!
Best Regards,
Barry

Hi there Barry
it was not in the frond cover but actually in the engine and pretty serious .Anything else and Chuang would never allow such a discount to a customer.
Anyway its sad that some luck of communication brought us here.
As i sed if i didnt believe to kingtech products i would never be with you since day one in the first place and im sure that with that pace you are heading steady to the top .
Wish all the best
Kind Regards
George

Since I have flown Jet Central motors since I started 4 years ago with great performance, great reliability, and excellent communications and service,
I really have no dog in this fight.
That being so it allows me to say this about this.
AT LEAST FEJ IS GETTING A REST WITH THIS DISCUSSION!
Sorry just had to say it.
Phone calls might have been more appropriate for this discussion guys. Nobody is a winner here.

Can we dial it back please gentlemen.
I would normally have deleted several posts in this thread but at present I can not use my moderators toolbox due to the ongoing planned upgrade.
