RCPRO Warbird Race, July 20, 2013 Cedar City, Utah
The next RCPro warbird race will be held on July 20, 2013 at the Three Peaks Modelport in Cedar City, Utah and hosted by the Cedar City Radio Control Club. We are in the process of having an asphalt surface put on our field, (50' X 700'), so it will be fresh for the race. Click here for directions to the flying site:

I have also negotiated a room discount with one of the hotels that is close to the field as well as being close to food and shopping sources with easy freeway access. The rate is $47.59 per night. Here is the hotel information and the discount code is "RCPRO".

Just over a week to go until the race. Really looking forward to it. The Asphalt surface on our runway has been completed and everything looks great!

'bender, wish you could make it down too. The field has been a long time coming and it is a great place to fly. If you get down this way sometime let me know, the field is always open.
Jeff, I have brand new one that I will never use, it even comes with an airframe that needs to be finshed, (40 sized H-9 T-34 Mentor with all the servos which I doubt I will ever get to), if you want to make an offer on it.

It went great! What a great day of racing. The weather ended up being really good, not too hot and very little wind. Wish you guys could have been here, you were definitely missed. Hopefully next time. I will be posting the results here in a little while so stand by.

Great job Jerry and Chris!!! Good to see our Chino Valley guys showing them how it's done! I'll be at the Chino race in August so I'll have a chance to loose to Jerry too.
