using homebrew 55% nitro fuel, 11x4.25 Rev-Up FG copy turning 19.400rpm on the ground............only plugs that survive are the K&B 1L.
have tuned the head clearance to give best needle sensitivity which at a meet, it stays where it's set until the temperature changes......
the model is a Satellite 1300....wieghs 63 ounces, and took first in the Super D class at the 1012 United States Free Flight Champs.

I have had 4 or 5 K&B 1L plugs and not one of my engines will run on them without the glow clip left on it. My Jett .35 will run WOT without be clip but drop the throttle and it drops the ignition and quits.
Enya plugs are pretty tough.. I've been laying 5-6$/ea. for them through a Heli shop online.
