RE: Tamiya Wild Willy 2 Resource Thread!
Thanks for the tip, ordering them now, I had to use a junky NiMH old pack that was low on power to begin with. Wonder if it would raise the center of gravity though hah!

are that softcase LiPo!
Be carefull that they are tightly fitted and dont rub against anything or you might damage the outer layer.
If that happens Willy will have its balls on fire.

Those lipos definitely will not fit the Wild Willy.
Been using an older softcase pack for all my Tamiyas, but it is starting to wear out, I actually should use it for my WW2 since that is still on brushed motor. Dunno why I didn't think of that haha.

RE: Tamiya Wild Willy 2 Resource Thread!
Hi All,
I finally unboxed my Wild Willy 2 bought 4 years ago and I'm in the middle of building it.
I'm done with the chassis and now, on page 13 of the instructions, I noticed for the first time that I need 'plastic cement', which to me seems to be just plastic glue, but I'm not sure about that as none of my previous tamiya kits required plastic glue.
So should I use the original tamiya plastic cement, the tamiya plastic cement specific for ABS (or isn't the Wild Willy made out of ABS?), or would any plastic glue do the job?
Sorry for the silly question, but I'm very keen on doing this right, as it's a so nice model...
