I had a great time at the contest this weekend! Beautiful field and great weather, what more could you ask for? Many thanks to the Miramar RC Club, to Bill Wallace for CD-ing, to the Greears for setting up the scoring and to all involved. With only one in F3A it was fun flying 4 rounds of P-15. Great practice for me! Also the 2 rounds of F-13 were great.

Looking forward to next year already!

I will second what Tony said, great field, club supported the event, Sir William Wallace as CD, great weather, NO rattlesnakes sighted! It can't get much better. Oh wait, I needed 2 more points in Masters to beat Sean Mersh! (Nice flying Sean, I will be practicing more for our next meeting!) Many of the classes were very close and I know all had a great time. It was nice to see Tony demonstrate the P15 pattern and he did a great job with the F13.

I wanted to thank everyone who showed up - you all made my job a lot easier by jumping right in to judge or help out when I needed it, I am glad everyone had a good time - again we got great reviews from the Mira Mar club for our behavior and cooperation with their rules - we are definately invited back for next year. Hopefully Jarvis will upload the pictures so we can make everyone jealous of the beautiful weather and facilities we had. Looking forward to seeing you in Hollister.
