Trying to buy a new receiver and transmitter to module cable.

Send email to [email protected] for the USA rep, but got no response.

Tried to place order directly with Germany, via their website. Got an error message when trying to use PayPal. See attached.

Any ideas how to buy?

Hey Edgar,

I am still using Weatronics, (believe it or not)!!!

I had the same issue as you, and emailed them via the website response form. To their credit they responded the very next day, advising that this was a problem with the on line shop. To get around it, they instructed me to use the USA as the country of destination when ordering.

This did the trick and they even sent my new receiver to the correct address. It arrived in here in Sydney today It was ordered on the 12th July..

Wanted to report that after filling the contact form, i got an email from Weatronic. They can't find my specific problem, but advised me to use the "pre-payment" option (this was one of the options in German language that I could not recognize initially) . This options allow you to place an order. you can then send separate payment directly to their paypal email. They will then manually match the payment with the order and ship.
So order placed...

Try contacting one of the European dealers, for instance [email protected] or [email protected] both are known to me, speak very good English and keep good stocks of Weatronic
If they have it then it will be on it's way to you today.
