Default Hall Sensor specifications

Hello Everyone,

Could someone tell me the specifications to buy a sensor to make a hall sensor.

Im close to where all electronic things are sold in MĂ©xico and would like to buy a sensor to scratch built my hall sensor

The ones I use are Allegro Microsystems # A1104EUA-T. They cost less than a dollar.

It depends on your application as to which type of hall sensor to use.

If you can expand a little on how you intend to use it, it would be much easier and precise to suggest a particular unit.

Also, the hall effect is in itself a sensor, no need to add to the circuit for it to be operational other than to interface with whatever it is you are trying to achieve.

The one I specified works for CH Ignitions and for RCEXL ignitions. DA and others use a different sensor. (Completely different design.)

Sorry, I should have mentioned that in my post, though I am pretty sure Oddy is working with the above mentioned designs or similar.

Thanks for your prompt responses

I´m planning on using the CDI which comes with the NGH 9cc engine, I think its an RCEXL

The hall sensors I found are ones named or categorized as VF12, hope this one works
