I've got like 190 pictures from Saturday. Some of them are pretty good. I'll post two below. I'm working on image size so if they're huge I'll try to edit the post.

Neil, I was psyched on your Whiplash.

EDIT: I have to down size these if I'm going to be posting on here. I'll work on thumbnails like the others use.

Was that a buoy hit?

Nice shot!

That was your .40 rigger, right?

Yeah that's the 20lb .40 rigger.

It wasn't a buoy hit. It was before I sharpened my turn fin and angled it down. It started slapping around and somehow popped out of the water like this. I've got one of Joe's boat flying sideways through the Whiplash's spray too.

My new toy
What length are you starting with on the pipes?

Don't forget to add the internal stingers in those pipes.

Is it getting wet this weekend?

My single .45 is close, but will not be ready this weekend.

To all who asked - we hope to be at the pond with the twin around noon on Saturday - we don't expect performance right away, remember, twins are twice the trouble (NITRO RULES!).   Can't wait to hear the sound, though. Still have a few more things to complete.
The pipe lengths are 10 1/2". They will have internal stingers (one more thing I need to complete).
Also have made some changes to the12 JAE - hope it will improve the performance.
Roger - I have your club t-shirts from Joe, will bring them Saturday.
To anyone else, we have plenty of X-large shirts and many other sizes if you're interested (except large).  Cost is $ 9.00/each.  Let us know if you want us to bring to the pond Saturday.

Sounds good!

Tom Galdys wants a Stony Pond shirt. He said large, but I suppose an X-Large would be fine. Can you bring one to the next Elmira race, if you are going? Thanks!

Anyone that wants Stony Pond t-shirts, let me know (they're still a bargain at $ 9.00 each). The only size we don't have is large.. If you won't be at the pond this weekend, I can give them to Craig or Neal to take to Elmira next weekend.
Thanks, Cindy

Roger, I have (1) XL and (1) 2XL t-shirts for you (total $ 18.00).- will give them to Craig or Neal tomorrow if you're not at the pond.

Bill K - I have (2) large for you (total $18.00) - will you be going to Elmira - can give them to Craig or Neal, or if not, will you be at Stoney Pond yet this summer?

Neal - will check to see if there are any medium shirts left and will let you know.

I have the shirts guys. Along with some extra XL shirts.

Tom, Cindy, thanks for helping today! A little more leaning and a launch from "Bob my pit guy" , and she woke right up. I would not have safely driven at those speeds from the ground. I do need to add a little more right rudder travel. My servo isn't centered at neutral, so I lose rudder degrees on right turns. Easy fix. I should have noticed this before....

O.K. Roger. I don't think my 45 rigger will be ready to go back into the water until next week, after the Elmira race. Just don't have the time.

As usual, I won't be there until Saturday morning. All I can say is run it on the bench as much as possible. Let it heat up and then shut down and cool, and repeat..... My 46 NR was never tight like some of the .21's. Not sure if that is good or bad. It ran laps right from the beginning, but the .21's are a different animal I suppose.
