BPA Huntsville Alabama
Well it is almost here again Aug.9-11-2013
Huntsville the place it all started back one pass haul *****....
Not much to say if you have attended before you know what your in for if you haven't been then you have missed out...Pipes and retracts encouraged but not needed its just the way we roll.
patterns are posted on the cpa site

awards through 3rd place. air conditioned club house, 600ft runway, covered pits, electricity, RV parking available no hookups.

I didnt realize the classes had been altered such from the norm... I will post the patterns shortly ...4 classes will be flown 4 only.

Uh-oh! All along I was going off the CPA site posted date... didn't realize until right now that this event is NEXT weekend! Unfortunately, this puts it on a 'working' Friday weekend and; since I'm 'negative' with vacation after coming back from the F3C World Championships, I'm probably going to have to pass :-(
I'll let you guys know for sure later in the week.

Hope that you make it, can't imagine you not making it with your son Dan there. Look forward to seeing you there, I had to reschedule a doctors visit at UAB because of the date change.

Sorry guys, not going to make it this weekend...

Daniel was down last weekend for a friends wedding, so he's probably tired of seeing me... especially since we returned from almost two weeks together in Poland last Monday. Maybe he'll come out for a bit and watch you guys have fun!
I'm definitely planning on being at the Prattville event in Sept. Hopefully the dates of Sept. 21 and 22 are correct?

Yes, the BPA contest is still on here in Huntsville, THIS weekend, Aug 10&11. We will be using the CPA sequences, including "choose your own" for Masters. Come on down!! Jon
