It's small and for control line, but with a plans enlarging copier and about 200 hours of labor......... :

What scale? I started drawing CAD plans a few years ago based on the full-scale drawings but never got much past the basics, been on the backburner for awhile.

Why do you want a Hiperbipe? It was a pretty bad airplane.I knew a guy who built one(180 lyc.)It scared him so that he quit flying it.I knew the guy who finally bought it years later. Scared the stew out of him too.I flew it briefly with a friend who was a really good pilot My impression of it was that it was the aerodynamic equivalent of a political convention.

Cap KAOS--if the Hiperbipe is from the Masterkit kit ...the CG should be located at 15/16 " back from the LE of the top wing. How do I know this I have the Masterkit plans and built this kit several years ago.

also--anyone else who reads this an excvellennt set of plans --for the Hiperbipe by Phill Morre are available from Radio Modeler Mag. Plans (thats an English Mag.---High street, Sunningdale, Berks., England (UK)---I think these may be sold through Scale Plans & Photo in Greensbor. N.Carolina or.......shoot there a fellow in Calif. that I can't think of his name-----Bob Holman Plans ...sorry no address-hard enough to remember thye name at this point........anyway the plans are for 2 1/2 "scale plane for a 60 sized engine and 5 function radio (span 57"+ span)
no I haven't built from these planes but they look very good (and I'm scale picky)

so there you go ............................
Cheers !

It has that name for a very good reason. I saw my first one at an air show back in the 70's and it was awesome! It was the first plane to do a knife edge loop and yes the model will scare the poop out of you if you're expecting something docile, or somewhat docile.[X(]
