Gm Racing Esc Question
I have a Gm Racing V3 r ESC and I believe that I have a Mosfet that went bad. To tell you the truth I am not sure even if its has mosfets. The chip has TCP8003 on it. I have done a few searches and I even tried to do a cross referrence and I cannot find info on it at all. If its a mosfet will a SI4562DY be a good replacement? This esc came out of the Team Losi XXX-S.

Just an update according to TotalCar Hobby they are SMT FETs. Isnt this Surface Mount Technology FETS? I went to Mouser.com and typed in SMT Fet and came up with MosFets. I am assuming that the SI4562DYs will work but I am not sure if they will be a good replacement.
