I'd have alot of receiver packs, two spare engines w/ mounts, a ton of cb/cb bearings, and alot of suspension parts!!!

You would only need liek 3 reciever packs. You could have one in the car one ready to install, and one charging. When rcnitro did there torture test they got the engine to last 24 hours, so you would probably only need one brand new engine that was just broken in, and your old one for back up just in case. You would need lots of clutch parts and suspension parts though, and probably some back up diffs just incase.

I'd have a complete front and rear axle so that when a diff blows or you break a suspension part you can just take the whole axle off and bolt the other one on. Then you repair it while someone else drives. That would be a lot faster than repairing the whole car I think.
We had a 4-hour race here this season but due to bad weather it was only 1.5 hours long. But that alone felt really long.

I assume it's against the rules to have two identical cars ready to go so you can just throw down the second car if there is a big problem? Blown diffs and motors would be the worst...
I guess you could have a complete "front clip" and "rear clip" ready to go like mentioned above... and then also have a complete main chassis section also. So you have an entire backup car ready to run, but in three pieces.
Who has to marshall this one? I thought marshalling 30 min races were bad! [X(] [X(]

One person from every team is to marshal at all times, with one hour driving shifts thats a whole lot-o-standing might as well bring spare shoes.

ONE chassis only start to finish
as much spares as you want
the Action RC Team is bringing an engine each for each driver for extras
i see clutches being the main issue engine wise
i bet one enigne will last all 12hrs
i should be down there to support the team
