Redcat!!! Your kidding me, right???
I ordered the front A arms at $108.00 three or four days ago. Then you list them at like 40-50 bucks! Then the chatter I get back is, "it was a glitch in the site". Um, now at this moment, you don't even have front arms on the site????
That is STRAITE UP CRAP!
Now the stuff that I ordered at WAY over priced is STILL sitting in an Arizona DHL depot.
You have GOT to be kidding me!
Sure, it was a web glitch but, you'll keep my money?
Good luck on getting parts people, watch out for the price change!
THANKS A BUNCH REDCAT, I WILL GLADLY OVERPAY MY HARD EARNED MONEY any day!

RE: Redcat!!! Your kidding me, right???
My question to you is why would you pay probably half of what you paid for your whole buggy or truck on some aluminum a arms? I mean not to pick on you or anything but next time try using a little bit more common sense, especially considering that the same part for other makes of r/c cars are going anywhere from 30-50 bucks. I wouldn't be worried about losing your money though, I'm sure they'll refund the difference but sometimes you've got to take the first step and be a smart consumer.

A arms for 40-50 bucks is an insane price... that much material for that price? OUCH. For the price of the cars and trucks, thats ridiculous. And I highly doubt its 6061 T6... so there really is no need for such a steep price. Heck, even 7075 T6 aint worth that much! Ya'll still overpaying at 40-50.

From what I have seen with Redcat's customer service, I wouldn't bet on getting my money back. I mean really, when that one guy had a bad radio ... they told him to let the glow plug cool down, LOL!
I am just going to buy my parts from www.topspeedtoys.com. I ordered some gears and got them Priority Mail quick! NO DHL or any crap.
I'll call them and dispute the charge, I'll let you know what they say, what a pain, LOL.

Yep , and my glow plug is still hot !! LOL Actually , when you can talk to them on the phone they are not to bad , they try to be very help full. When you email ?? Ok , there must be a broken filter because you get the strangest answers ! Oh yeh , I hear your supposed to boil your parts !! LMAO [sm=idea.gif] I've got a bad servo I found out. I turned on the radio the other day and it was going crazy again. The throttle was doing this spazz thing that looked really cool , but didn't help my car much. Now a lost a set screw out of the gears. My fault , should have loctited it. I'm ordering the MT2 steering arms , and hopefully it will all be good !!

We all noticed the pricing on the new aluminum parts. As Darin has come in and posted it was an error on their end. I have been dealing wiht Redcat for almost 3 years and will bet you will be refunded your money. If you paid with a CC, it can only and will be refunded to your CC account.
Did you call Redcat and talk to anyone about the over payment?
