Installing retract air tank etc
For TF Corsair. This is first time and not according to plans, I want to install this stuff in the wing (not fuse) to reduce connections needed.
First is the tank cradle support I added.
Then where I intend to place the support tray for the valve.
I will place the support tray on top, supported underneath by the main spar and two ribs.
The hole for the retract servo will just be cut in the top sheeting (I can still access everything from underneath the wing centre section and can add under-the-sheeting support as needed).
What it will look like:
Any problems with doing it this way?

RE: Installing retract air tank etc
Shouldnt be any problems, its probably the most efficient and bullet proof way to have it all in the wing, it prevents connecting and disconnecting the tubes over and over again. As long as your cg is on the money, no problems. But man o man, thats a big bottle.

RE: Installing retract air tank etc
I guess my question was more along the line of: do I need to re-consider the positioning of the support (ie valve tray or servo support) rather than the general method of locating the equip.
