cimara,
I haven't started my driver installation yet. Too many doctors appointments this week. I'll send you pictures when I start it. I'll watch your installation with great anticipation. Good luck!

Hey cimara,
You gotta cut the size of those pics. They're huge files and take up a lot of server space besides being difficult to view here. You're uploading them in 2048x1536 size, 640x480 is plenty. Use a 72 dpi or if you have the capability, go to a 200 dpi with a 640x480 pixel size and it will put out great pictures for this format...

cimara,
Well it depends on what software you have. I use Adobe Photoshop and it's pretty easy for me, but most photo programs have some sort of sizing option. What you're posting appears to be what's coming directly out of the camera. I download stuff to a folder on my hard drive, modify them and then upload them to the site or to the various folders I have for different model pics or whatever.
Basically it's cut the size and save them in a format for web viewing, that's the lower dpi (dots per inch) setting. 72 is common for stuff seen on a computer but doesn't print well, they need to be at least 150 dpi for printing and a little higher is better for printing. Inexpensive photo editing software may not be able to do the 200 dpi on a 640x480 format like I mentioned, but it's really not necessary.
Hope that helps more than confuses?

cimara,
It might be that you've inadvertantly changed the setting on your cam. They will usually have settings for low, medium, high resolutions. The number of pictures you can save on the card in the camera goes up with the lower settings since the files are much smaller.
I know it's easy for me to mess up with my digital camera since I don't use it that often but I can fix a lot of things with the software on my computer so I don't worry about the camera settings too much.
Sorry I'm not of more help...

Just as an aside, even with those large images if you click the 'View Full Size' option here on the forum the photos will be reduced to full screen for viewing. Thought maybe at first my eyes were fixed and it was a miracle! Oh well, one can hope ;-)

cimara,
Looks good, now I can see your work better. It looks good and I'm glad I was of some help.
Tomcat,
Looks like there are a couple of crazy collectors, the Doc Miller pilot and radioman we bid on at eBay is at $72.00 with 45 minutes to go. $72.00 plus whatever else it goes to and the $15.00 he wants for shipping is more than I'm willing to give him...

Hi guys,
Doc Miller just sold for $85 + $12.95 shipping. Is that too much? Is that a fair price? I want to hear your opinions.
