got a rc18t
wats up? i just got a rc18t in a trade and i wanted to know what things i should upgrade/ buy to make it durable and more fun. besides the charger what should i get? i already have dirt hawgs on it and it is completley stock besides that.

leave the arms and chassis stock!!! they will flex before they break...and what rims do u have because the stock ones suck for bashing....i broke the one below doing backflips...lol and it broke wen i landed it perfectly.... but all and all rc18t's are great little bash trucks!! have fun with it!!!

MAXX4X4 check ur diffs, esc, and motor also check ur gears for dirt and rocks it happened to me and i had a rock in my diff gears....so i shimmed them and it hasnt happened since

how do i take off the spur gear cover? i want to check it but i dont know how and i want to check the diffs but i dont know how.... im a "newbie" i just got it monday (used)

Just take it apart, screw by screw. Don't be afraid; it won't fall to pieces or pop open on you. Hands on experience my friend. Once you take it apart once, it's like second nature and you build your confidence as you re-build your ride...

i fixed it!! thanks alot! i didnt even notice that the little slot under the chassis i had taken the shock towers off and everything.... i feel so dumb it was a rock the size of a bb pellet stuck in the spur
