I just received these plans in the mail three weeks ago. I've been debating this plane for years. Great. I'm looking forward to your build thread.

Got to where I had to slack off for a while. Was joking with the man I am building these for and wonder why he wanted lawn darts. He just wanted 2 so I am making three so when he flys the first one he will have 2.
Fuses have controls run, wing have tubes for control and ready for top sheeting.

Conards are removeable to have access to elevator and nose wheel controls, and the angle can be change if needed.

It won't be long now I put locatng dowls in the control surfaces today to make aligning the parts easyer. I set one to gether and it looks like a lawn dart Really it looks like a Star Wars space ship! putting on the tubes to make them look like rockets is going yo be the trick. Then when the motors arrive rigging them and getting them ready for Maiden. Will post more pic's later.

sorry I don't have a video cam and I am building the planes for another man and his friend. I am one of these old guys that sit on the side line more than I fly Only fly when their is air space left for one more and at my age I do a lot of sitting and building. Only 23 crashes and rebuilds last year, and 6 this year with 4 in the fire as i build the X Wing. I repair for other people ,assemble ARFs and build kits in my spare time
